Join us in Woodland, WA at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 20 for a hot demonstration you won't forget! See #fastestwater in action and learn how fire sprinklers save lives and property! Thanks @PDRPortlandVanc for making these events possible! @NFSAorg
#SpokaneValleyWA-Unattended charcoal grill causes fire at apt complex. Coals smoldered for several hours before lighting items on the patio on fire. "This incident is an important reminder that charcoal briquettes can retain heat for many hours after cooking is finished," said Assistant Fire Marshal Ben Reece. "Even when a grill appears to be out, hot embers can remain capable of starting a fire." https://t.co/kQ975gOmyg
#FresnoCA: #FireSprinkler System Contains Laundromat #Fire-Crews arrived to find dryer on fire. The fire sprinkler system had activated & limit spread of flames. #Firefighters extinguished remaining fire. Damage contained to 1 dryer unit. Minimal damage, & the laudromat stayed open for business. That's the #fastestwater difference! https://t.co/f3hxPPuH2y
#BellevueWA: On May 28, NFSA Member @RedHawkfp received an emergency service call at a high-rise luxury apartment building. A resident had placed groceries on top of a stove, sparking a blaze. The #firesprinkler system did its job by suppressing the fire until first responders could resolve the situation. Red Hawk responded to help restore the system. Red Hawk has inspected and serviced this property since 2022.
#TacomaWA-On May 31, NFSA member @RedHawkfp received an emergency service call at a mid-rise apartment building after batteries for an e-bike started a #fire. Both the #firealarm and #firesprinkler systems did their job by alerting residents to evacuate safely and suppressing the fire until first responders could resolve the situation.
#Maryland poultry farm lost a $100K manure storage building after the manure spontaneously combusted and started a #fire. Amazingly, the building reportedly had no #firesprinklers and no #smokealarms, making early detection and suppression impossible. When even the manure is generating enough heat to catch fire, basic #fireprotection seems like a pretty good investment. https://t.co/LD17NoCTeM

#HenriettaNY:#Fire at Cardiology Office. A fire was located on the first floor of the building, kept under control by an automatic #firesprinkler system. Firefighters proceeded to fully extinguish the fire. All safe! #fastestwater https://t.co/n9KymND8Pl
Yesterday’s commercial fire in the 5000 block of Skylab Rd highlights the importance of automatic fire sprinkler systems. Sprinklers helped contain the fire and limit its spread before firefighters arrived, reducing damage and improving safety.
