Because he was afraid he was going to lose something. People should not have the fear to use digital wallet

What is the greater risk to people somebody accessing their account or something happened to the Keys and they can access their account. To me they’re both great Risks. And both need to be fixed. It looks like xumm only fix one side

Do you have proof of access to your account. Just another way to get in to give people peace of mind

But using the XUMM app you still are the gatekeeper to peoples accounts. And if they can prove it’s their accounts like global ID there should be multiple way of access besides just keys.

You still should have a back up plan so people can access their accounts regardless if it’s non-custodial or custodial. Were you still using the XUMM. Fix it!!!
