Let's help clarify why $UFD is raising money for the @krakenfx listing:

We are actually raising money to establish a Market Maker for $UFD, not @Kraken. The MM will provide liquidity for @kraken and all other future T1 exchanges like @coinbase.

Our MM will be G-20 https://t.co/TZdSIaON5x. We raise the money in $UFD which we then provide to G-20. G-20, in exchange, will then provide the $USDC for the liquidity pool. Since, liquidity pools require a 50/50 ratio of the token to $USDC.

G-20 will continue to increase the amount of $USDC required to balance the value of the $UFD as the value of $UFD increases. This ensure that no $UFD is sold (Impermanent Loss) to maintain the 50/50 ratio.

G-20 will make money off of the spread and as the price of $UFD goes up they will continue to cover the required $USDC.

They are also connected with exchanges via an API that allows them to use to liquidity to facilitate trades.

Basically, this is a one time fee to get us on to T1 Exchanges, reduce slippage, and cover the 50% $USDC required for a liquidity pool no matter how high the valuation of $UFD goes.
