@ssfrigerio The most interesting concept I learned from this semester is the identifying and understanding audience module. What I like about this module is that it teaches us the 5 S's which are Supporters, Sympathizer, Straddlers, Skeptics and Splentics.

@ssfrigerio if I was a crisis manager, I would go with the Benoit's Theory. I believe it's the best strategy to use when it comes to situations that we view during this week's module.
