- Outline a project
- Start building it out
- Learn along the way

Too many people get trapped in tutorial hell, stacking up useless knowledge as brain fog.

Start > encounter a problem > seek specific knowledge to overcome it.

The key to accomplishment, progress, and manifestation is MOMENTUM.

Willpower and discipline are needed to get the ball rolling.

But once it is, they’re barely required.

Once your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual energies are accelerating towards certain goals and outcomes, you have to actively TRY to stop the pace.

It becomes automatic and self-perpetuating.

And it only takes one week, maybe two, of dedicated effort to get there.

Once your sleep is locked in, it’s easy to keep it locked in.

Once your nutrition and exercise is locked in, it’s easy to keep it locked in.

Once your deep work is locked in, it’s easy to keep it locked in.

And so the key is to prioritize creating MOMENTUM.

If you can be INTENTIONAL and RUTHLESSLY CONSISTENT for a single week through discipline and willpower, momentum will carry you the rest of the way.

This is where most people get it wrong, they focus on trying to FORCE themselves day in and day out.

Instead of focusing on creating propulsion through intensity.

You just follow the cycle:

1. Apply power through discipline and intentional direction of willpower

2. Allow momentum to takeover, ride it for as long as you can

3. When it wanes or gets interrupted, refer back to step one

Success is a matter of repeatedly applying this cyclical formula over a long enough timeline.

Cultivation of discipline and willpower will get you started, and will be there for you to fall back on.

But momentum is what really gets you there.

Become a master at generating it.
