This is your reminder that we have no time of death, no time when Lindsay went out that window, and therefore NO FUCKING CLUE what the "time that the crime was committed" WAS.

The only thing they have is three dead children, and one severely injured mother, and the husband's account of them all being alive when he left the house. That's it.

The blood was not tested. The alleged "crushed pills" were not even tested to see if they a. were pills crushed or b. were crushed by Lindsay. NONE of that was tested for how long it might have been there, who touched it, etc.

A phone cannot tell you who used it, or who was alive in a building. It can tell you it was used, that's all.

Nanny cams might have been able to, but they were all strangely out for the whole day, not just the time this crime was committed.

So this "exonerates" no one.

As long as you're gonna trust the timeline of ONE person, who ought to have been a suspect from day-one, and mysteriously wasn't--purely b/c he handed the cops a fully-formed narrative of the crime--you're gonna keep falling into this same trap.
