@davidgoodier Been slowly stocking for the last few weeks. Just got back from Costco, made it a point to look at everyone’s carts. Everyone is sleepwalking
@Bluntz_Capital Been saying this to friends. Fell for the silver fakeout during Covid but went heavy around 45-50. Haven’t felt much of anything with this entire move after holding wif from 2m mc
Not every shadow is a cavity but not gonna get into that. Lots of times with the uppers, they’ll erupt but be angled off to the side or angled towards the back of the mouth due to space. Again hard to clean and youll often see cavities on top and the side of the tooth. Ext is the easiest option cause chances are ppl won’t change their habits and the same issues will arise again after a filling for the same reasons
Yeah all the issues I mentioned are superrrrr common to see down the line. It’s a balancing act between preventative vs necessity. Anyone who’s gone through wisdom/any tooth pain will say it’s some of the worst pain they’ve been through. Every case is different ofc but it’s not some big conspiracy that a lot of ppl think it is. At the end of the day no dentist can force you to do anything
Yeah tough to predict when they’re unerupted, but more so with overall skeletal/jaw growth. Being told you don’t have space when you’re young/teens is always gonna be true, but what we can’t predict is how everything else will grow. If only all my patients listened and maintained like you! A 3rd set of molars is great to have, but not everyone has the discipline to properly care for them
@TearsDefi@newstart_2024 It won’t straighten out completely without orthodontics. It’ll erupt to a certain point, most likely still with a forward tilt, but will usually stop if/when it starts contacting against the opposing upper tooth
