Guys. I cannot believe people are missing out on incognito. Trading-Volume #5. with 2,2k ETH. More than @coolcatsnft. Floor price currently 0,09ETH. This is crazy. @IncognitoNFT@NftSpaceman This will go crazy sooner than we might think. #GoIncognito@garyvee
@SimplyNFTs I think it also has to do with us growing up around traditional currency. In growing up, we see our parents work for currency. We learn the importance of currency. It may have caused us to attach a value to this currency that we do not have for something entirely novel, like Eth.
@staystacced It's tough. I have several drawings I have spent over 1000 hours on over the course of a full year. In theory, I should ask a years salary, but with no name recognition I have never been able to find a buyer with that amount of money. The NFT space may offer possibilities for me.
@staystacced Definitely agree that there are a lot more variables that account for pricing.
As an artist, pricing my own works has always been a difficult task for me. When talking about art, there is something unquantifiable about what makes it valuable, often leading me feeling conflicted.
@staystacced The exclusivity that is inherent to a very rare collectible is what allows a rare collectible to lend status to its owner, which is the primary function of a collectible. In collectibles, the aesthetic function is secondary. This is why I made the distinction earlier.
@staystacced When talking about 1/1 artworks, I agree with you. But when talking about collectibles - whether it be postage stamps or virtual NFT collectibles - part of the value is derived from its place on the rarity hierarchy. So it depends on what category of NFTs you are talking about.
@DogeDealerNFT@CrazyLizardArmy Sorry if i came off hypercritical. Im an artist myself so I have that tendency because its what I do with my own work. I do like the design just not as a continuation of the series. This has a very 90's nintendo-esque vibe to it. Reminds me of the legend of zelda. Like it a lot:)
@DogeDealerNFT@CrazyLizardArmy Stylistically it's not consistent with the style of the rest of the lizard collection. It's good design definitely, but would be better to stand as its own collection. Maintaining consistency in a series is most important imho
@CrazyLizardArmy@DogeDealerNFT Stylistically it's not consistent with the style of the rest of the lizard collection. Maintaining consistency in a series is most important imho, and this is inconsistent in many ways. It's good design, but it would be better to stand as its own collection.
