@MattRhoads1990 Banning policies are fine, they might even help s’s be more compliant. I’d love to know why we think that means they will learn more. I didn’t have a cellphone in hs and was an A s. I wouldn’t say I learned much.

100% agree, but I am reminded of a recent conversation with @AngelaStockman about the need to qualify "failure" a little. Some failure is awful...and I wouldn't want that for anyone. But, our outlook on failure has a major impact on how we move through life. #Toasted #podcast
