Yes the management team have to take responsibility for the error but the final decision stood with the fourth official

When the paper work was submitted they should have been told, no you’ve already had 3 breaks and that would be it. Not that difficult. As I’ve said I don’t think it should go unpunished on both sides

The fourth official is there to make sure rules are followed and that didn’t happen so they have to take a lot of responsibility

It’s the same management team as last season where it would have been the same rule and when she was manager up in Scotland the rules were the same too. It’s obviously a lapse in concentration but the 4th official shouldn’t let it happen.
