@TurnipRail Um. We should probably have a chat about high speed rail sometime..... Britain is a relatively small island and our major polulation centres are close together. Not the most efficient scenario for high speed rail. But we do need more resilient rail services.

@NoContextBrits This is funny! Though not entirely fair. So some context for @NocontextBrits. Pacers were never used for mainline intercity services. Moreover they were the saviours of many of our rural services.
