Please help finding my friend's grandfather Sh. Faqir Chand ji.He is 84 years old. He boarded train#11841 from Gwalior to Karnal. As per the copassengers, he deboarded the train in Agra. He either boarded another train or may went outside the station.

@AmazonHelp Hi Bikram, thanks for reply. This doesn’t resolve the issue. Although the order is now cancelled, refund is initiated to the card which is now blocked. Isn’t it should come to amazon pay else why we’ve amazon pay?
