బయోటెక్నాలజీ రంగంలో అగ్రశ్రేణి సంస్థ ఆమ్‌జెన్ ఇండియా ఫెసిలిటీ సైట్‌ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి @revanth_anumula గారు ప్రారంభించారు. గత ఆగస్టులో అమెరికా పర్యటించిన సందర్భంగా ఆమ్‌జెన్‌ (@Amgen) తో ప్రభుత్వం ఒప్పందం చేసుకోగా, తాజాగా మాదాపూర్‌లో ఆమ్‌జెన్ ఇండియా ఫెసిలిటీ సైట్‌ను ప్రారంభించింది.

✅ఈ సెంటర్‌ను ప్రారంభించిన సందర్భంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, ప్రపంచంలో ప్రఖ్యాతిగాంచిన బయోటెక్నాలజీ కంపెనీల్లో ఒకటైన ఆమ్‌జెన్ తన మొట్టమొదటి అభివృద్ధి కేంద్రాన్ని హైదరాబాద్‌లో స్థాపించడం ఎంతో గర్వంగా ఉందని అన్నారు.

✅ఐటీ పరిశ్రమల శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ @Min_SridharBabu గారితో కలిసి గత ఆగస్టులో శాన్‌ఫ్రాన్సిస్కోలో ఆమ్‌జెన్ ఆర్ అండ్ డీ సెంటర్‌ను సందర్శించినప్పుడు సైంటిఫిక్ ఇన్నొవేషన్, రీసెర్చ్, బయో టెక్నాలజీ, ఫార్మా ఆవిష్కరణలలో కంపెనీ నిబద్ధతను గమనించామని చెప్పారు.

✅ఆమ్‌జెన్ ఇక్కడకు రావడంతో బయోటెక్నాలజీ, లైఫ్ సైన్సెస్ రంగాల్లో ఇన్నొవేషన్, టెక్నాలజీ హబ్‌గా ఉన్న హైదరాబాద్ నగరం మరింత బలపడిందని అన్నారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం లైఫ్‌సైన్సెస్, ఫార్మా, బయోటెక్నాలజీ రంగాల్లో ముందంజలో ఉందన్నారు.

✅ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల జీడీపీ రాష్ట్రంలో ఎదగడం, ప్రపంచంలో చైనా ప్లస్ వన్ గమ్యస్థానంగా హైదరాబాద్‌ను ప్రపంచంలోని అగ్రశ్రేణి నగరాల్లో ఒకటిగా మార్చాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో తమ ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందని తెలిపారు.

✅ఆమ్‌జెన్ భవిష్యత్తులో మరింత పురోభివృద్ధి సాధించడానికి అవసరమైన సహకారాన్ని అందించడానికి తెలంగాణ కట్టుబడి ఉందని చెప్పారు. పరిశోధనా రంగంలో, నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు, అకడమిక్ భాగస్వామ్య రంగాల్లో ఆమ్‌జెన్‌ మరిన్ని పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు కోరారు.

Hon'ble Chief Minister @revanth_anumula inaugurated the Amgen India facility site in Madhapur, marking a significant milestone for the biotechnology sector. The government had signed an agreement with @Amgen during the Chief Minister’s visit to the United States last August, and today’s inauguration brings the company’s first development center to Hyderabad.

✅Speaking at the event, the Chief Minister expressed his pride in the establishment of Amgen’s development site in Hyderabad, calling it a testament to the city’s growing prominence in the biotechnology sector.

✅“During my visit to the Amgen R&D center in San Francisco last August, along with IT and Industry Minister Shri @Min_SridharBabu, I witnessed first-hand how the company is transforming lives through scientific innovation, research, pharmaceutical advancements, and biotechnology,” the Chief Minister remarked.

✅The Chief Minister emphasized that with the opening of this new facility, #Hyderabad is further strengthening its position as a global hub for innovation and technology in biotechnology and life sciences. He stated that #Telangana is already at the forefront of advancements in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.

✅He also expressed hope that this new facility would play a key role in enhancing the organization’s global digital capabilities. “We are committed to growing Telangana’s economy into a trillion-dollar GDP state and positioning Hyderabad as a leading global city, particularly as a key destination in the 'China Plus One' strategy,” he added.

✅The Chief Minister assured Amgen of the state’s continued support for its long-term development and encouraged the company to invest more in research collaborations, skill development programs, and academic partnerships to further strengthen the sector.

✅Amgen Chairman and CEO Mr Robert A. Bradway, @USCGHyderabad Jennifer Larson, and other dignitaries were present at the inauguration.
