The Houston-Galveston Area Council is hosting a series of public meetings between July 10 and August 12, 2025 to gather community input on the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The RTP will guide long-term transportation strategies and investments through the year 2050

The @HCFCD will be hosting several public meetings for a major effort called the Solutions for Advancing Floodplain Evaluation and Resilience Study (SAFER Study) This landmark effort, coordinated with the USACE aims to identify large-scale ways to reduce flood risk in our region.
