Likewise, we recognise that standards are more than publishing a list of agreed technical documents on a webpage or shelf. We are seeking a cultural change in thinking, with meaningful structured data providing the foundation of a safe, prudent learning health system.

I am delighted to announce the inaugural meeting of the Welsh Technical Standards Board (WTSB) will be on the 22nd May 2018. We'll be taking responsibility for setting standards to enable integration and interoperability in NHS Wales https://t.co/kxCeO4AoUY

We'll be defining standards to permit innovation, cooperation and collaboration and our digital ecosystem. Our standards will cover integration, software development, infrastructure and cyber security. One of my priorities is to embrace openness, transparency and public working.
