After nearly five years of working remotely, I wanted to find my way back to contributing locally in Sarawak.
I realised I had become a little out of touch with what was happening here.
If I want to contribute to Sarawak, I have to know Sarawak.
I've been thinking a lot about this lately, with a lot of the effort put on refining little details that most people would not notice.
But the heart and craft, hopefully, show.
i know this gets repeated to death
but the first 90% of software is so easy. models can one shot them. they're usable. they're even fine.
but the final 10%. the final 1%. final 0.1%, 0.01%
all heart + care + craft
when u develop with that, ppl feel it
it's worth pursuing

Time for some honesty on my feed.
I've been searching for a full-time role since July 2025. In between, I've taken on short-term BD and partnerships work across tech and Web3 — and while it hasn't been the year I planned, it's been the year that clarified what I want next.
My background is community and ecosystem building: hackathons, builder programs, and growth campaigns with teams like Mantle, Consensys, and Protocol Labs. The through-line in all of it? I'm at my best connecting the right people to the right opportunities and turning that into real outcomes. That's BD and partnerships work, and it's where I'm going all-in.
What I'm looking for: a full-time BD / partnerships / ecosystem role in tech or Web3, where a strong network and a builder-first mindset actually move the needle.
If that sounds like your team — or you can point me toward one — I'd genuinely appreciate a DM or an intro. And to everyone who's already sent leads and encouragement this year: thank you. It matters more than you know.
We’re celebrating the fast adoption of chatGPT Work and all the incredible effort that went into it today. I’m feeling like a limit reset.
Hold on tight to your ultra and /fast and see you in a few hours when I’m back at the laptop!
Why does Codex Voice start a new thread?
The useful mental model: voice is the orchestrator, not the implementer.
Try: “find my xyz thread and ask it to…”
Voice can send work to that thread and hear back.
Separate contexts and a powerful two-way conversation between you and the orchestrator, and the orchestrator to a set of tasks
Simple mindset shifts:
– I'm not hurt, I'm healing.
– I'm not losing, I'm learning.
– I was not rejected, I was redirected.
Negative things happen. Negative mindsets make them harder.
I made a midnight pinball game where the balls are cats for Kracked Dev's July Vibe-a-thon!
Pick your cat, chase the laser, hunt the mouse, knock over vases, trigger multiball, and survive the Roomba.
