Our neighbours in the @EUCouncil adopted the first EU Welfare and Traceability regulations for cats & dogs on Friday 22 May.
The regulations cover breeding, selling, housing & other key issues providing greater protection, traceability, & accountability.

I've treated many dogs with heat stroke and it is often fatal.
