NIO Inc. Delivers 37,408 Vehicles in September, Up 49.2% YoY in First Three Quarters

In September 2026, NIO Inc. delivered 37,408 vehicles, representing an increase of 7.7% year-over-year. The deliveries consisted of 21,318 vehicles from the premium smart electric vehicle brand NIO, up 55.3% year-over-year; 8,763 vehicles from the family-oriented smart electric vehicle brand ONVO; and 7,327 vehicles from the small smart high-end electric car brand firefly, increasing 26.9% year-over-year.

In the first three quarters of 2026, NIO Inc. delivered a total of 300,301 vehicles, up 49.2% year-on-year, with all three brands setting record highs for the period. The NIO brand delivered 181,988 vehicles, up 63.4% year-on-year; the ONVO brand delivered 70,191 vehicles; and the firefly brand delivered 48,122 vehicles, up 136.7% year-on-year. To date, NIO Inc.’s cumulative deliveries have reached 1,297,893 vehicles.

Excited to share that today we deployed our 1,001st expressway battery swap station at 4,500m elevation, making it the highest one globally yet! Located in Gongbo'Gyamda County (the key pass between Nyingchi and Lhasa), this station will be live soon.

Gongbo'Gyamda is rich in ecology, home to over 300 wild plant species and nearly 300 traditional Chinese medicinal herbs. Plus, this is a place worth a visit with many beautiful views surrounded:
📍 Basum Tso, a mountain‑ringed lake.
📍 Xiuba Ancient Castle, consists of multiple mysterious forts.
📍 Taizhao Ancient Town, once a stop on the Tea Horse Road.
📍 Bangjietang Grassland, Nyingchi's first pure pastoral grassland, just 40mins south driving of our swap station.

Across China, we've now built 8,087 charging and swapping stations (3,409 of those are swap stations). We're going to cover the G318 Sichuan-Xizang highway with 14 swap stations, and this one is right on track. Very soon, NIO and ONVO users will be able to swap all the way to Mt. Qomolangma.
