In joining the White Ribbon movement, we made a pledge to never commit, condone or stay silent about violence against women and girls.
We continue to work with @NiRibbon to ensure everyone who joins our office participates in the ‘listen, learn, lead’ programme. #16DaysOfActivism
Fantastic and important contribution to Children in Need tonight by White Ribbon NI 👍
Such important work in campaign, ending violence against women and girls. #ListenLearnLead
Staff welcomed a talk today from @NiRibbon on their vital work, and what we can do to help end violence against women and girls. Our Chief Executive Sinéad Simpson and staff also pledged their support for and signed the White Ribbon Charter.
Tahnee McCorry from @NiRibbon is an inspiration who shows that education has a huge part to play in changing attitudes and reducing VAWG. Great to see her work being publicised in this way and powerful to hear her talk about generational and family trauma and its impact.
A unique educational programme in prisons has seen hundreds of convicted criminals voluntarily learning about violence against women and girls

Last week, we played host to the MPs involved in the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee, delivering a presentation on our ongoing work with @NiRibbon 🤍
Those in attendance were presented with a case study of actions which the club has undertaken to tackle attitudes and beliefs on violence against women and girls over the past seven years.
We look forward to the committee taking their findings into the UK Parliament, while we continue to support White Ribbon NI in any way possible 💪

Stalking is a crime!
Stalking Protection Orders allow police to intervene early in an investigation, prior to any conviction of stalking, in an effort to disrupt stalking behaviours before they become entrenched or escalate in severity. #NSAW2025

This week we celebrated the incredible impact of the ‘Voices of Change’ Programme, a partnership between Bridge Youth Centre working to tackle violence against women & girls.
It’s shown that real change happens when we work together out of silos! By educating, equipping, & empowering, we’re not just raising awareness, we are building a generation that stands for respect, equality, & positive change.
At the heart, is the power of youth voice! When young people are given the platform to speak, the tools & the confidence to lead, they become the driving force for a better, safer society.
Thanks to @ANBorough for trusting in us for their first Pilot programme under the @ExecOfficeNI Your dedication to lead this initiative across our Borough will continue to make a meaningful difference and drive positive change. We are so excited to work alongside Council and @NiRibbon
across the next year with #TheChangeFund

“Violence against Women & Girls starts with ideas, words & thoughts before it becomes action” TM
An inspiring day spent at @ANBorough ‘It Starts with YOU’ conference to #AccelerateAction to end VAWG. We are proud to be successful recipients of The Change Fund and partner with @NiRibbon to increase capacity and challenge this systemic issue.
This is everyone’s problem and we all have the power to create change!

An important event in Dungannon tonight. @MidUlsterPCSP hosted the Ending Violence against Women & Girls @NiRibbon Awareness event. We all have the power to create change, to challenge others, and to shift society’s attitudes and behaviors towards women and girls. @flynn_mc
@NiRibbon educate our sons so that our daughters don’t need to feel like this. Most men will never intentionally make a woman feel like this but those that do need to be checked and stoped. Women don’t need men to protect them but maybe we should all just look out for each other
The First Minister and deputy First Minister have announced a £1.2m regional investment in a Change Fund to tackle violence against women and girls.
