@MeghUpdates Have hated the airlines for years, and do more so now than ever. Yet, it's a monopoly, and we "customers" of 2nd/3rd tier city do not have another option than a train that takes 10-15x longer to get us to our destination.

At a recent business class flight my wife's grandma had to take after being released from ICU to return to the UK, they provided no wheelchair assistance at source or destination airport, at the latter, it took them 2 hours to get to the parking stand due to delay!

Hoped Tata takeover would bring Vistara-level service to @airindia, but our recent experience ws awful. Despite biz class tkt with wheelchair for my 85-yr-old grandma, no support in DEL—took 1.5 hour to reach lounge. In LHR, 30 mins for whlchr, 2 hrs to exit. #IncredibleAirIndia
72-hrs since I sent NEFT from @TheOfficialSBI to @pnbindia to settle my urgent divorce case, hearing on Monday, but money not yet credited to a/c and she won't sign papers without this money. No official is reachable today due to holiday, pls help me asap @RBI
