Dr. Melissa Adams-Campbell (English) & Dr. Natalie Joy (History) will discuss their recent collaborations to draw awareness to Northern Illinois' Native peoples 1/3
by crafting a Land Acknowledgment for NIU as well as researching NIU's former Native American student organization, N.A.T.I.O.N.S., for a virtual exhibit about the group's important events & activism within the greater DeKalb area. This is an NIU 125th Anniversary event. 2/2
