This post really makes you think. We believe that perhaps some of the illustrators we commissioned have fallen victim to this mentality. We are a project still in development and we know that some details of our characters might accidentally be "not drawn" but we’ve noticed an enormous lack of attention on their part. From anatomy to clearly visible outfit details. And even though we patiently pointed out what needed correcting and what they had missed, despite providing all the color codes and highly detailed descriptions, including reference images, we still had to do it multiple times. Even though we made ourselves fully available, we’ve actually noticed a strong lack of care. I wonder if it’s not due to this very thing you mentioned, because it has happened to us far too often... #NIV_staff
