Once again, I urge police/ security agencies to keep law and order in a non-violent and non-partisan manner during this campaign period.
It's unrealistic to ban processions of supporters. Political rallies are not prayer meetings to which worshippers go calmly. Political rallies are about excitement. And with Uganda's public transport (bodaboda) it's unrealistic to expect supporters to move to campaign venues quietly. Ensure supporters don't harm others, but let them be.
Bullets; tear gas; dogs! These make the Pearl of Africa bleed! CPM
Dr. Kizza Besigye and the Price of Patriotism
The story of Dr. Kizza Besigye is not merely a chapter in Ugandan politics; it is an enduring epic of conviction, a testament to a love for country that transcends personal safety and comfort. A former comrade and physician to the very power he now challenges, our leader made the perilous choice to step into the opposition, fully aware that "fighting a dictator is next to self-destruction." Yet, he willingly took that risk for the love of Uganda and the vision of a truly democratic nation.
For over two decades, his life has become a relentless cycle of activism and arbitrary detention. He has earned the heartbreaking distinction of being Uganda's most arrested man, facing politically motivated charges and enduring repeated arrests, house detentions and violent assaults from state security forces. Each time the state attempts to silence him, to break his will through legal battles and physical intimidation, he returns to the political arena with the same unyielding belief in a democratic future.
Dr. Besigye embodies the rare courage that continues to stand against the tide of authoritarianism. His persistence is not a political maneuver; it is a profound moral obligation he feels towards his compatriots. His body has become a public record of the struggle, a living banner of the opposition showing the world the price of dissenting under a long-standing military regime.
His struggle is a constant reminder that the fight for freedom is often a marathon of sacrifice. He never ceases to keep pushing for the change he believes in, transforming the threat of self-destruction into a blueprint for liberation through steadfast defiance and non-violent resistance.
In this tireless pursuit of democracy and justice, his fight ceases to be his alone. It becomes the struggle of every Ugandan who yearns for genuine democratic transition, for accountability, and for a government that serves its people. His courage lights the path for others, and his unwavering spirit finds echo in the hearts of those he seeks to liberate.
In solidarity with his sacrifice and unyielding resolve, we declare our shared commitment to the cause of justice and freedom.

Dear brothers and sisters in the unyielding struggle for Africa's liberation,
Today, we gather in profound sorrow, our hearts heavy with the news that has shaken the continent: the passing of Raila Amolo Odinga, the indomitable BABA.
Rt. Hon Raila Odinga, the eternal agitator for justice, the architect of Kenya's multiparty dawn, has passed on, his spirit ascending even as his fire ignites anew in our collective resolve.
In Uganda, where we of the People's Front for Freedom(PFF) and our leader Dr. Kizza Besigye currently incarcerated fight against the chains of autocracy, Raila was more than a neighbor across the border; he was a beacon, a comrade-in-arms. Imprisoned for his defiance, he taught us that true power lies not in the ballot alone but in the unquenchable thirst for equity.
As Prime Minister, he bridged divides in a fractured nation, proving that reconciliation is not surrender but strategy, the very blueprint we draw upon in our march toward 2026, demanding "Freedom for all—all for freedom."
Raila, you who ran the race five times undeterred, who forged the African Union Commission bid into a symphony of pan-African dreams, your voice echoed in our streets, our courts, our unbowed spirits. You reminded us that the oppressor's throne is but a temporary scaffold, and the people's will, eternal. In Kerala India, where your body found rest after a lifetime of tireless strides, know that your legacy strides on, from Nairobi's vibrant squares to Kampala's defiant rallies.
Rest well, Baba. The fight you ignited burns brighter in East Africa.
We, the People's Front for Freedom, pledge: your unfinished symphony of democracy will resound until every chain is shattered, every voice heard.
In solidarity and eternal gratitude,
ERIAS LUKWAGO

Greetings to all who participated in this Short exercise and ugandans at large.
Muntu for president
The Alliance for National Transformation has fronted @mugishamuntu for the 2026 elections, and without hesitation, my vote belongs to him.
I am fully aware that his chances of winning under the current political climate may be slim, yet I find comfort and satisfaction in casting my ballot for a leader whose values, integrity, and principles reflect the Uganda I want to see.
Gen. Muntu is not just another politician, he is the kind of leader who understands the urgency of fundamental change. He knows the policy shifts needed to redeem our nation from its present challenges and set us on a path of accountability, stability, and progress.
He may well be the right leader in a country that often overlooks such qualities, but in him, I see the possibility of a Uganda built on discipline, service, and hope. Even if the numbers may not favor him, history will. And for me, that is enough reason to stand firmly by him.
Muntu juuu💪
2026 elections nothing but a reign of military terror on right minded Ugandans
Yesterday, our leadership held a press conference and key to note were points around the upcoming 2026 military operation to keep the senile dictator in power and the illegal detention and countrywide abductions.
In the bid to counter the junta, the PFF shall not field a presidential candidate but will rally behind a joint presidential candidate who will run the FREEDOM CAMPAIGN to counter the military expedition.
We also set up a 28 member National Campaign Team led by our leader Dr. Kizza Besigye and this team will traverse the country spreading the freedom message.
We are also deeply concerned about the lawlessness by the regime security agents who have since chosen the Amin methods of abducting Ugandans and the judiciary that is now an accomplice to such illegalities.
The abduction of Sam Mugumya who the security operatives claim is not in their custody is an issue that should bother us as a country, the continued detention of our leader and Hajji Obeid plus all other political prisoners is a matter we must all rise up and detest in the strongest terms possible.
The Freedom Party continues to provide room for a galvanized opposition to oust the dictator once and for all.

Breaking news;
The opposition political party People's Front for freedom (PFF) will backup Gen. Mugisha muntu for presidency in Next general elections.
It’s 16 days since @SamMugumya was disappeared. The @MODVA_UPDF in their affidavit in reply denied having him. This was reiterated by their spokesperson Felix Kulaigye who, on a talk show, said Mugumya has a tendency of “disappearing”. But there are witnesses that saw men in UPDF uniform pick Mugumya from NIM motel in Nyamitanga Mbarara at around 10:30am on the morning of Tuesday 26th August. The witnesses saw 4 men at close range, 2 in UPDF uniform and 2 in plain clothes. But there were more soldiers in the drone that they took him in! #WhereIsSamMugumya #FreeSamMugumya
