This bill was just dropped by Democrat lawmakers. A 100% tax rate tells you everything you need to know about how some politicians think.

They know you earned the money. They just think it’s theirs. Today it's a group they dislike. Tomorrow it could be anyone.

Once government claims the power to take 100% of your income, the debate is over. They've decided your property rights exist only at their discretion.

The precedent is terrifying.

Actually, there is! @MikeInganamort's bill A4804 would establish a separate offense for wearing a mask to conceal your identity while committing another crime or offense.

Seems like common sense, If you're peacefully protesting, that's one thing. If you're committing crimes while hiding your identity, there should be consequences. The question is whether legislative Democrats will ever post it for a hearing.

Turns out, "I'll kill your whole family" isn't protected protest. It's a federal crime.

While @GovSherrillNJ continues talking about "peaceful protests," federal prosecutors have now charged a Delaney Hall protester for allegedly threatening to murder an ICE officer, his wife and his children.

Thank you to the U.S. Attorney's Office for holding him accountable and making it clear that death threats against officers and their families will not be tolerated.
