Here is a batch of fresh fruit scones from the oven. Do you spread your jam or cream first? Always causes a bit of controversy but I am definitely jam first.

How lucky am I? My client who had to cancel a birthday celebration in July has dropped off 12 bottles of wine to me as a thank you for my hard work. Amazed & so thankful.

Leek, chorizo & pearl barley risotto. Rather than adding stock little by little, this was cooked with an all-in method. Finely chopped rosemary stirred through at the end to add another layer of flavour.

Not going to lie, this was so tasty! Tarragon chicken in a cream sauce with garlic spinach and homemade spicy chips, delicious.
