Switched from @Verizon to @TMobile. Verizon owes me refund. I get promises; no $. Yesterday, I email 20+ @Verizon "leaders". No response. Today, Verizon rep promises Verizon will "ship" a check. Usually takes 6-8 weeks by mail, but she'll expedite. Advice? Switch to @TMobile.

@Walgreens I was actually telling the cashier he had charged me for 3 items but I had purchased 4. He was so fixated on my mask, but for me, he would have short-changed your company, yet he never thanked me, then told me I'd receive a digital receipt, not a paper one. I'm still waiting.

Just back from @Walgreens, Hillsdale, NJ. The cashier told me 3 times he couldn't hear me "with your mask on." 2+ years wearing a mask. No complaints at other stores, Apparently, Walgreens has a huge problem with immune-compromised people protecting themselves. I won't be back.

@mmpadellan After the @NYPD officer to his left (glasses + beard) first greeted Bannon at the courthouse entrance, shaking his hand and then acting like his personal security detail. Hope we see the same civility the next time a person of color is arraigned.
