Six months ago I bought my son 3 tickets for Christmas to the World Cup France v. Senegal game on @StubHub. We have made all our plans to attend the game and spent a fortune. Now @StubHub tells me the seller doesn’t have the tickets and they will only give me a refund.

If there were 0 seats available I understand @StubHub would not be able to create them. That’s not the case. There are 176 sets of 3 available right now. Make it right @StubHub or I will sue you.
Of course there are no longer tickets at half the price I paid 6 months ago. The event is in 3 days. I already planned our entire trip and spent money on transportation. Not to mention, making my son’s dreams come true.
The agent and “supervisor” say that because there are no longer tickets at the cost I paid 6 months ago, I don’t get to attend this event and only get a refund. No. Absolutely not.
There are 176 sets of 3 tickets available on @StubHub. They don’t want to give them to me because they are now going for double what I paid for them. The Fan Protection Guarantee says I am owed comparable or better tickets.
