We spend a lot of time trying to solve problems, when we don't really understand the nature of the problem in the first place. As a result, we may implement solutions that fail because they don't address the underlying issues. So this resource "The Problem Framing Canvas" from @Centre4SysInnov is super-helpful: https://t.co/KmGvH7HF5o. Thank you @tom_geraghty for the link
Today we are giving a special mention to our Human Resources and people services staff at #TeamDCH, who cover everything from recruitment and staff wellbeing to inclusion and learning and development. Here are photos of some of our colleagues.

Really excited by this. Our strategic estates team and colleagues across the hospital have worked so hard to move this so quickly. It will make a huge difference to patients when finished.
Our new discharge lounge building is starting to take shape. It will provide a much larger space for patients to stay while they wait to leave hospital, freeing up beds on our wards for those that need to be admitted. Read more:

Really pleased to see this. The impact of an unaffordable and broken housing market on key workers is massively detrimental to recruitment and retention in the NHS. Well done DC. https://t.co/m9j0qjnAFG
It was lovely to meet staff from @dchft yesterday to explore the opportunities for increasing partnership working between everyone involved in the new #ICS. Thank you to the brilliant @NHSDorset PHM and Place teams for facilitating and arranging the event.
