The law requires the executive branch to report annually to Congress on what Israel spends on settlement construction.

4. The second is that the tenders will be opened without any formal postponement notice. This could happen at any time—within days, but also potentially after several weeks or even months.

At this stage, there are 2 possible scenarios. The first is that an official postponement notice will be issued, setting a new opening date. Such postponements are typically for about two months.

This is not unusual in the tender process. Deadlines are frequently postponed for a variety of reasons.

1. The tender for the construction of 3,401 housing units in E1 was scheduled to open for contractor bids on Monday, June 1.
As of now, however, the tender has not yet been opened. This is quite normal.
