➡️ *A golden triangle* 🟡the child's dream 🟡the parents expectation 🟡the coaches reality. All parts should try to stay connected and plausible for all parties. They can change, but everyone should know and agree the change.
Another weekend & I hear another referee being forced to walk off the pitch in a youth game after being threatened and harassed by coaches & parents ! It’s getting worse & worse ! It’s disgusting how it keeps happening ! What is it going to take for it to stop ??
Umpires are in charge, and always have been. If you attempt to push the boundaries of what is derogatory behaviour. They have every right to set code violations. And that's what happened.

Don’t get it twisted. I got mad respect for @janniksin ⚡️⚡️ he is one of my favourite players and he was TOO GOOD. I am aiming all of this at an umpire who clearly ISNT GOOD ENOUGH to be doing these matches. Nothing but a slap on the wrist for him right? What a joke.
Spent some time today discussing body confidence of teenagers in sport & it’s got me thinking…what do we do to support all body types, how can we normalise topics like periods & breasts, do we consider kit choices, etc?
What more can we do as coaches to support females in sport?
Legislation taking over from what is morally the right thing to do. Immediate changes need to be made, and how its never been changed in the first place shows a stark injustice to women's football.
