The best part about the film is they had a GENUINE STORY at hand which is brilliantly backed by the screenplay & VFX dept. The trailer was so uninspiring, the film is as much GRIPPING and truthful in its execution. This is what #Thamma could have been. #AkshayKumar steals the show, and Priyadarshan is so back!

It was easy to see the #EktaKapoor and #Priyadarshan world combining to create an honest Horror Comedy, something that requires your attention and is much better than a generic timepass.

Lovely to see the OG faces of Priyadarshan world back in form, especially #RajpalYadav. Though #PareshRawal & #ManojJoshi were wasted, and Rawal should consider shaving regularly.

The weird chappal scene in the first half could have been chopped off, as it was quite cringe. The lady as the head house-help did a very notable job and looked very confident on screen, even more than #WamiqaGabbi, who hardly any scene where she could contribute substantially. #Tabu had nothing much to do as well.

Kudos to the world created in the back-story; the cinematography, music, background score, visuals with these strong actors showed effort and craft. A perfect ten on ten for the production & set design department.

WORTH YOUR CINEMA time & money.

IMPRESSIVE

The first half belongs to Rajpal Yadav, the horror moments are quite well-executed, loved the back-story of Vadhusur. The screenplay rests on the shoulders of four actors; AK has been made to be very loud, wasn't required. Let's see further.

#Kurukshetra on Netflix is an absolutely BRILLIANT animation series on Mahabharat; the sharpness, story telling, design, saturation, music, thrills, costumes, are so praise-worthy it's exceptional.
