What they miss is that people don’t want or use their services.
Like saying an off grid house is liable to pay Eskom, because the could possibly provide electricity

@mybroadband @AASouthAfrica, what is the point of the testing if you already know it does not have curtain airbags so it’ll likely get a 2* as it can’t so any better. Why not just publish which vehicles do not have curtain airbags and would not achieve more than 2*.

2. Eskom really shouldn’t be funding these projects with their level of debt, it does nothing for their core business.
3. If they can pay eskom they can loan money and own it.
