I have worked on sub badges for two of those models and haven't been contacted about those bundles being resold by the agency I created them for - they didn't have rights to resell them either. That's scummy, please be aware of that.

Hi! It has come to my attention that @/AvatarAtelier is including my emotes on their Vtuber bundles. I just want to clarify that I didn't know, they never asked for my permission BEFORE doing so, or payed the corresponding commercial fee which allows re-selling.

Sadly, it is. I have created two sub badge sets for them and have not been contacted about potential reselling of the models and all of their assets. They are being marketed as a bundle, so they should be counted as such - saying that the assets are "gifts" is a shady move to avoid artists' TOS.

@Sylvlycus @SevStarlightVT @blossumVT You do understand that $0.3, which is a flat PayPal fee added to the percentage one, is 30% of $1 and 3% of for example $10? That base amount is what makes the percentages go so high in case of smaller tips. It's not purely percentage based.

@SevStarlightVT @blossumVT PayPal does. And we cannot do anything about this since they are fixed fee percentages for ALL commercial transactions going through their platform (entire ecommerce has the same exact ones).

@SevStarlightVT @blossumVT PayPal takes 2.9% + $0.3 base, not sure about the current conversion fees (around 4%? depending on the region) but they are included as well and everything stacks. If you tip small amounts it's going to be a substantially higher percentage because of that base amount.
