UEFA Hakem Gözlemcisi Dilan Deniz Gökçek İşçan, 13 Mart 2022 tarihli Alanyaspor- Fenerbahçe müsabakasındaki görevi için 11 Mart’ta dilekçe verdiğini ve Futbol Yönetim Sistemi (FYS) üzerinden 11-20 Mart 2022 tarihleri arasına mazeret kaydı oluşturduğunu ifade etti.

Bunun üzerinde Gündoğdu’dan talimat alan Özkan’ın, İşçan adına UEFA’ya “FIFA Hakem Gözlemcimiz Dilan Deniz Gökçek İşcan, 21 Mart 2022-3 Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında müsait olmadığını tarafımıza bildirmiştir” yazılı gerçeğe aykırı, sahte beyan içerikli resmi bir mail attığını öne sürdü.

Bu durumu tüm hazırlıklarını tamamladıktan sonra UEFA’dan gelen maille öğrendiğini iddia eden İşcan, “Özkan’ı arayıp tepki gösterdim.

Daha sonra MHK, UEFA’ya düzeltme mesajı attı. Bu şekilde bilgim, onayım ve rızam dışında adıma sahte mazeret uydurularak uluslararası görevim engellenmek istenmiştir. Bu durum resmi belgede sahteciliktir” dedi.
