changes like the following should be used....
1. taking 3 months off from training US troops (not a big deal) 2-5000 rounds a month
2. emptying out the DPCM rounds we cant use 2-3 million rounds
3. buying more rounds from Egypt and turky (millions)
4. cutting off the IDF from any shell exports for 6 months (they are now building there own) (thousands)
5. demanding a export ban on EU rounds. (40% of production)
6. use the war powers act to ramp up the dallas plant.. its not going to be finished for a year if not. (would go from 30 to 100K a month)
7. get the EU to allow shells to be purchased from other non eu countries. (500K rounds would be delivered at once)
