Day 5 of conditioning and ball skills training. Today we conquered workout station, Ranger Mountain, and ended with sprints! Great turnout for week 1! Getting quicker, stronger, and gaining knowledge every day!

Individual skills training can restart on May 26. Use of the school facilities is left up to the individual schools. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RESPONSIBLE RESTART OHIO GUIDELINES!
