Max Molomo allegedly faced a distressing situation at the Nedbank Mokopane branch on June 29, 2024 when he was allegedly denied access to the restroom when he urgently needed it.

The bank's staff alleged that using the restroom violated their policy. Max Molomo requested to use a nearby public restroom, but the staff allegedly refused and warned him not to return if he left.

Left with no other choice, Max was forced to go outside, resulting in him wetting himself. Upon returning from the public restroom, he was allegedly denied entry by the staff, adding to his humiliation.

This alleged incident underscores a lack of empathy and understanding from the bank’s staff, underscoring the need to reflect on and improve customer service practices.
