Policies must keep pace.

Demographers and research networks like @PopulationEU and @EU_JRC help turn data into better long-term policies.

An official European Demography Day would create a regular moment to raise awareness of shared demographic challenges across Europe, supporting support better coordination and evidence-based policymaking at EU level.

@TerraOrBust You said UK drivers are only now able to tow a trailer without an additional test. That is not true. The EU rules (Directive from 2006) allow people to tow a trailer of up to 3500kg combined weight. The screenshot literally says UK remains aligned to EU rules.
