See a tweet that gets you upset? You might tap in to it to read comments, tweet back, or just spend more time with it.

Twitter knows how to keep you engaged, even if it’s negative.

Take a break.

And when you return, seek out the accounts you care about and spend some time there.

The algorithm will adjust.
