Everybody interprets the Second Amendment differently. Fact is, though we have had high regulations on machine guns and short barrel shotguns for years and years. Why can’t we do the same with A.R. 15’s and similar guns? Why can’t we have mandatory background checks for all gun sales, no matter who’s doing the sale?
