Almost like it was barmy that Jed Ward was still at this level last year.

[Fantasy EFL @FEFLOfficial]

That is OUTRAGEOUS 🎯🤩

Jed Ward showing why he’s the most selected goalkeeper in #FantasyEFL 🧤

No GK has won more GW10 points (16) 🥇

Quite like the self awareness from Elliot at the end of this interview.

Acknowledges that he and the fans haven't quite built that bond yet & hopes a big tie in the cup will help close that gap.

Strong interview this.

Picture overall is okay. Won 8 of 13 in NL. Third in table. Today's obvs a bad one.

A sense that Southend are yet to get really serious yet? Good signs but consistent flaws in their game.

Response could be pivotal to their season.

Whatever the issues between McCormick and Yeovil, this is such a fun signing for a very fun Fylde team.

✍️ SIGNING: LUKE LOANED IN

AFC Fylde are delighted to announce the loan signing of Luke McCormick from Yeovil Town!

A +17 goal record in the final 30 minutes of matches.

Next best is +5 at a quick glance.

[National League Notebook @NLNotebook]

I've enjoyed this very confident version of Luke Garrard so much in 2026.

High demands but his team are backing up his words & he's enjoying every challenge being set.

"No team can press with that intensity for 90 minutes"

Job done.

Hear from Luke Garrard as he reflects on yet another victory on the road! 📺

Serious business, this.

We are delighted to announce that Ryan Jones has signed a contract extension, keeping him at Huish Park until the summer of 2029.

@EdgarTP @kiddyguest Yeah, nothing against Hall necessarily.

If it was the other way round, your attack might have cut the supply off and helped. But the timing could scarcely have been worse with the game state.

[National League Notebook @NLNotebook]

From his first interview, this felt like a really strange appointment.

Bigger fish to fry at Gateshead right now given off-field issues.

On it, time to reset (again) and give fans a reason to get behind the group.

[Gateshead FC @GatesheadFC]

Gateshead Football Club can confirm that the decision has been taken to terminate the contract of First-Team Manager, Lee Cattermole.

[National League Notebook @NLNotebook]

Good competitive game between Kidderminster Harriers & Sutton United today.

Hosts started the stronger & led via an error. Began to tire & big turning point was the subs on the hour. Visitors gained the territory & eventually got their goal.

Journeyman 6:

Southend United are over their trauma. Now it’s the next age: moving back up the leagues and remaining transparent.

Kieron Dyer and Oliver Gage are leading that movement. It’s a fascinating club

Zak Brunt in with a decent shot for most league assists second season running.

Still feel like he's going under the radar in terms of just how good he is.

Eastleigh have kept two clean sheets this season.

That's two fewer than they managed in the entirety of last season.

[National League Lowdown @NLLowdown]

Eastleigh secured their second clean sheet of the season as they beat Carlisle United on Saturday…

How about that finish from Aaron Blair🌟

[National League Notebook @NLNotebook]

Who could have possibly seen this coming?

Bizarre appointment. No surprise how it has ended. Need to be serious with the next one.

Strong squad available to whoever comes in.

Wasn't a 4-1 performance but that in itself tells a story.

It's not a squad filled with bad footballers but it's a very imbalanced squad.

A club that has made bad decision after bad decision for a couple of years now.
