@vincenteke2@Track_Thad@Raestaketv Late race 200m mech is vastly different from late race 100m mech also
Anyone just suggesting "more 200s" without any logic is a Parrot, nothing more, nothing less
@vincenteke2@Track_Thad@Raestaketv They don't force anything that isn't intentional bro
You don't just throw into a longer run and all your problems magically get eviscerated
@thintallnasir@JKalala19@demzgunner 2007 9.85 and 19.76 with more rounds and in Osaka conditions versus Indianapolis is better and indicative of a peak, agree to disagree here
@Raestaketv Doesn't matter what the greatest babysitters of elite talent of all-time say. How is running at 10.5mps and below why everyone is dying in a 200m (160+) helping with trying to relax and hold 11.8mps+ ? At a push there may be coordination benefits
These are not the same thing
@Raestaketv Noah has better top speed than the guys he catches
Carl did.. and classically wasn't that great 150-200m. So what of his 200m prowess helped there?
There's plenty of footage of Fredericks running down MJ 170-200m on youtube
@Track_Thad@Raestaketv They'll even give you the ole "Bolt came from the 400".. even though he was running ridiculously fast 100m Relay legs from '02 onwards
He's had burners.. the 400 stuff was holding him back prior to Mills
