Had an accessibility issue because of a broken elevator while traveling with seniors that have mobility issues and @AirbnbHelp was useless. Didn’t offer alternative accommodations and only begrudgingly offered me a 20% discount.

@AirbnbHelp These are the stairs @airbnb thinks it’s acceptable to have a 76 and 77 year old climb all the way to the top to access a unit that was supposed to have an elevavator and didn’t AirCover says alternative accommodations should have been offered, and never were.
