Met Shri @dpradhanbjp Ji today and thanked him for his outstanding service to the nation as one of India’s finest Education Ministers.

His tenure gave India its most significant education reforms in over three decades. Under his leadership, the National Education Policy 2020 was transformed from vision into action. The outdated 10+2 structure gave way to the new 5+3+3+4 framework, designed around the different stages of a child’s development and learning.

More than 13,000 PM SHRI Schools were selected to serve as modern, technology-enabled models of this transformation. The Academic Bank of Credits and the National Credit Framework gave students something our generation never had: the freedom to pause, switch or resume their education without losing their academic credits.

He also strengthened India’s research ecosystem through the Anusandhan National Research Foundation and launched One Nation One Subscription, giving government higher-education institutions access to leading global research journals.

PM Vidyalaxmi opened the door to collateral-free and guarantor-free education loans for meritorious students, potentially benefiting more than 22 lakh students annually. His push for education in Indian languages also opened new opportunities for millions of talented students who should never be held back by language.

Thank you, Dharmendra Ji, for your years of tireless service to India’s students and youth. You have set a remarkable benchmark for the office you held.

शिक्षा मंत्री के रूप में उन्होंने अनेक दूरगामी सुधार किए, जिनसे शिक्षा व्यवस्था में विश्वास मजबूत हुआ और मेहनती विद्यार्थियों के मन में नई उम्मीद जगी। उनका लक्ष्य केवल नीतियाँ बनाना नहीं था; वे समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर खड़े बच्चे तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा पहुँचाने के लिए दिन-रात मेहनत कर रहे थे। विकसित भारत की मजबूत नींव शिक्षा पर ही टिकती है और उन्होंने उसी दृष्टि के साथ काम किया।

आज उन्होंने अपने पद से हटकर सार्वजनिक जीवन में नैतिक उत्तरदायित्व और जवाबदेही का एक उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किया है।

वे उस दीपक की भाँति हैं जो संघर्षों से उद्दीप्त हुआ है। उनकी आभा अविचल है। वे भारत माँ की सेवा में सदा की तरह समर्पित रहेंगे।
