the glucose goddess, Jessie Inchauspé jelasin di podcast ini (dan di bukunya juga) kalau kita ttp bisa enjoy makan karbo/gula tapi dengan lonjakan gula darah yang minim dengan cara:

1. ganti sarapan (1st meal) dengan menu "gurih", not even fruits. perut kosong yang diisi dengan karbo/gula, maka semuanya akan tersalur ke aliran darah menyebabkan lonjakan gula darah. bisa bikin more cravings in the day dan bikin gampang lelah/ngantuk).
sarapan dengan protein, lemak sehat dan fiber. contoh: telur orak arik sayur, sop tahu telur, pecel sayur plus protein tahu tempe

2. urutan makan buat full meal supaya mengurangi craving gula (maksi atau makan malem): fiber(sayur) > protein dan lemak>karbo. kalau bingung, dia bilang makan aja porsi kamu biasa but "add veggies to the beginning", intinya awali dengan sayur.
fiber dalam sayuran menciptakan lapisan serat di usus bikin kenaikan glukosa bertahap dan stabil.

3. jangan makan karbo "tok", contoh: mie instan lengkapi sama sayur+protein, nasi goreng tambahin ayam sama sayur acar.

bisa full cutting carbs/sugar is good but our body still need it for energy, our brain releases dopamine when we eat it, so just keep everything balance.

@_nsyakinah At the end of the day, nasab ensures that you are not marrying your own family. This is not something we can take lightly. I hope this thread shed a light on why this is very important.

@_nsyakinah Taking care of lineage and nasab is very important and for that, we cannot simply take word of mouth that ‘this child was conceived after the marriage’ when there is no legal documents saying so.

@_nsyakinah I have read the original thread, gotten married during covid in the uk & that caused them the delay in registering their marriage in Msia. But that cannot be the reason, especially after years being married. At this stage, you’re being ignorant and jeopardizes your own family.
