@PSchwarzenegger So we did an episode on a reboot of this. Nate had the idea of a 10 episode series. It start at the end of the final sky net battle with John sending Kyle back. The final episode ends, with the start of that final battle, John and Connor charging in. 10 episodes 1 hour each.

Issues with long movies isn't the problem. The reintroduction of matinees so people can go to bathroom would be a good idea. Hence why the concept of watching long movies especially great ones is easier to do at home sometimes. No one really complains even back in LOTR days

Christopher Nolan says there's no problem with long films

“I've been working in films now for 25 years ... I've been hearing for all that time how young people's attention spans are getting shorter. I don't think it to be true at all.

"I presented [Universal a] 180 page script. I said the film is going to need to be 3 hours ... The most successful film in America at the time was 'Avengers: Endgame', 3 hours and 2 minutes ... If you look at the history of movies, the most successful films tend to be quite long actually.

I think the issue with length is if you're engaged ... [if] the movie is working for you and you're drawn in, a 3-hour running time is completely fine. If you're not liking the movie, a 3-hour running time is going to feel very, very long."
