I feel this needs a discussion.
So @PicknPay Braeside yesterday declined accepting this US $100 bill because of that 4mm tear which naturally occurs along the 3D security ribbon during circulation. Their reason being @CBZHoldings will consider it a soiled note & charge them.

This means PnP is inconveniencing, in-fact mistreating customers for absolutely no reason.

I felt this needed to be addressed because during my 30mins of waiting for assistance at at the tills, one gentleman who happened to have been buying groceries with his family also had to leave their trolley as he was told ‘mari yenyu yakanamwa’
