Our ticket is running on the slogan “Good. Better. Best.” The best represents our ultimate goal for Winthrop. Through humility & hardwork we will strive for improvement in ourselves and for the University. We want to put in the work to have more communication and unity on campus
because that will make Winthrop stronger. If elected we ask the student body to always hold us accountable to their needs so we can become better servant leaders. We want to be good representatives, better advocates and the best leaders we can be for the student body.

What’s up Winthrop! My name is Nyssa Hemingway and I am currently a sophomore political science and Spanish double major. I am from Atlanta, GA, but I call a lot of places home. I am excited to have the chance to run for Student Body President alongside my friend Martin Jackson.
