@LenovoSupport Big news: I got spammed by calls day night to remind Abt my expiring warranty till I took it. Then I made my first call to tech support - 5 days and still waiting for their call back soon after their internal starts working and shows my details .

Moral : don't renew

@Lenovo_in @Lenovo two years premium support warranty, I paid for the 3rd year a few mins ago. First two calls to lenovo premium support reporting a lag in my laptop. 1) voice breaks only when he speaks 2) I can't access your details I will call you back. "I know the game"

@Lenovo_in @Lenovo I probably made a fool of myself paying for extended warranty with premium care. Lenovo India premium support helps if they get a user they can sell things. With warranty support they can't make extra bucks. Till date I thought it's just a rumor till I experienced it myself.

@CanaraHSBCLI I did not receive the policy itself. Only thing that happens is the payment goes through and it stops there. Twice it happened and many times I reported it. No one takes it seriously
