Alzheimer's and Dementia are the #1 leading causes of our Missing Indigenous Elders. Work on getting a emergency plan ready JUST IN CASE they wander off. Being proactive is prevention.
We have had several Silver Alerts sent out for our Elders with Alzheimers/Dementia.

The FBI & Zuni Police Dept are seeking the public’s assistance in finding the person(s) responsible for the death of Jolynn Marie Calavaza.Her body was found in a vacant lot in Zuni, NM on 5/4/20.
